The $99 special includes a full mouth X-ray, a comprehensive exam with Dr. Le, and a standard cleaning (prophylaxis) if you qualify based on the exam findings. It's designed for uninsured patients. If you have dental insurance, your exam and X-rays are typically fully covered by your plan — we verify your specific benefits before your appointment. Mention code "BEST SMILE" at check-in.

If your exam shows signs of periodontal disease (deep gum pockets, bleeding gums, bone loss on X-rays), you'll likely need a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) instead of a standard cleaning. This is a separate procedure with its own pricing ($599 for the full mouth). We'll explain why we're recommending it and what the cost is BEFORE doing any work. The $99 still covers your X-rays and exam.

We'll text you a secure link 1–2 days before your appointment to fill out your patient intake forms online. Takes about 5 minutes. If you'd rather fill out paper forms in our office, arrive 15 minutes early. Either way works.

We accept most major PPO dental plans (Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Ameritas, BlueCross BlueShield, United Concordia, Guardian) and Texas Medicaid. If you don't see your plan listed, call us — we likely accept it. We verify your specific coverage before your visit so you know exactly what's covered.

Yes. We see adults, teens, and kids — typically starting around age 2–3 for first cleanings. Many of our families book back-to-back appointments so everyone gets seen the same day. Tell us when you call and we'll coordinate.

Yes — multiple options. CareCredit, Sunbit, and Dental Finance offer external financing plans (all subject to credit approval). We also offer in-office payment plans for treatment over $500. Most patients use a combination of insurance benefits + a small monthly payment to make larger treatment plans affordable.

We understand life happens — just give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee since we hold that time specifically for you. Call us, text us, or email us — whatever's easiest.
